I don’t recommend this center . Firstly , they are not punctual at all, usually we are waiting more than 15-20 minutes and no one explain and make an excuse. It happened not once . I have very bad surprise. Even when I asked receptionist to ask trainer to come in time she talk me she can’t do anything for us . It’s not appreciated. Also as for exercises I have some doubts .

Je vous recommande le Kenzen Centre ! Un centre doté d'excellents outils de travail que cela soit en renforcement ou en physiothérapie. Xavier et son équipe nous ont chaleureusement accueilli mon groupe d'entraînement et moi-même (demi-fond, niveau national) dans son centre afin d'effectuer des tests physiologiques. Nous avons eu accès à un tapis de grande qualité et un service parfait. L'équipe est chaleureuse et accueillante. Allez-y !
