Charming boutique located in the historic Neuchatel center, has a variety of watch brands including Rolex, Zenith, Chopard and many others. Very friendly, helpful and qualified Staff who make you feel comfortable right away. Kindness and friendliness first! Beautiful experience!

I recently purchased a piece from Michaud and I had a fantastic experience. Mr Vesaphong went above and beyond to accommodate my request and kept me updated at all times through email. I have been a customer of Michaud for over five years now and I have found their whole team to be highly professional, offering the best is class customer service.
Whenever I have visited the boutique I have been made to feel welcome by Laurent and Sophia who are both extremely helpful and professional.
Romain, their highly skilled and knowledgeable in house watchmaker, is a true gentlemen and has always taken very good care of me when sizing and preparing the watch. It is also a pleasure to exchange with him on watch industry topics.
Their new website offers a great customer experience regarding the brands they offer - which should not be missed!
Michaud have always taken good care of me and where I would always make my purchases - I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Visiting Michaud in Neuchatel was a wonderful experience. The reception was top class! Super friendly and customer-oriented. Many thanks to the entire Michaud team! I would like to thank Ms. Sophia Mariette for the professional and quick processing. I will definitely be happy to come back. Hopefully at some point I will be able to get my dream Rolex here. I recently purchased an entry-level model Rolex timepiece for my younger sister. The boutique is pleasant both inside and out.

Special thanks to Mr Vesaphong for a fantastic purchasing experience in many aspects.

Firstly his swiftness of reply when enquiring over email for specific models; whilst offering rough time frames when each piece would arrive.

Secondly, his understanding of what I was looking for, coupled with his professional recommendations when choosing through models, bracelets and dials.

Finally and most importantly, his ability to balance professionalism whilst being friendly. All in all, I am confident I'll be coming back to Michaud SA for many years to come to purchase more timepieces! Thank you!

Très bonne expérience. Je venais pour essayer des datejust en diamètre 36 et en diamètre 31. J’ai pu en essayer 6 :) La vendeuse nous a bien expliqué les différences entre les fermoirs oysterclasp et crownclasp !
Je recommande !

Super service, accueil aux petits soins lors de chaque visite, et excellents conseils peu importe le montant de l’achat.

La bijouterie est très jolie et agréable. On s’y sent bien, un peu trop d’ailleurs ????

Premier contact par téléphone pour obtenir des renseignements sur les nouveaux modèles de Tudor. J'ai été très bien renseigné et surtout bien accueilli, puis, le lendemain, je me suis rendu physiquement à la boutique et, de nouveau, l'accueil a été des plus chaleureux et la vendeuse vraiment sympathique, avenante et surtout très professionnelle. Tout le personnel sur place s'est montré aimable, serviable et respectueux. Je recommande vivement cette boutique !
