Super location, easy access. Friendly, professional, and helpful staff. Great rooms and dining area inside and out.
Very relaxing massage. Tastey food and drinks. Dog friendly.

It is a gourmet restaurant with exquisite dishes, very good wines and you can sit at tables facing the lake, soft and harmonious music, the staff is very friendly and treat them like friends, I recommend it!!!

Incredible time at the O'Terroir restaurant. The food was delicious and the plates very beautiful, and the service staff very helpful, smiling and attentive. We'll be back again.

Superb service from the point of arrival. The staff were attentive to the minute detail. The rooms were spacious and thoroughly clean. The view from the hotel was spectacular and would soften even the hardest hearted from the sheer awe.

What a wonderfully beautiful hotel.

Very efficient reservation process, very friendly and welcoming receptionists and portier, very high service quality in the restaurants for dinner and for breakfast as well as delicious food, the room was spacious and cleanliness is on the highest level.

The private hamam usage which was included in my reservation was very enjoyable.

Most notable is the incredible personalized service style - most employees knew my name and greeted me using it, even tho I stayed only one night and they haven't necessarily seen me before. Really top.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location on the lake amazing. Rooms need maintenance, getting a bit jaded but bathroom was still excellent. Food in the main restaurant was disappointing. Some plates were obviously reheated and very dry. Taste was just not there for the level. Lunch on the veranda the next day was very good though. Although we were guests in the hotel the staff couldn't find place for us on the terrace for a pre-meal evening drink which was also disappointing.
