To be honest, I have not tried the food. I heard from a friend that this restaurant is nice and wanted to try with my parents. So I called to book a table a Friday evening, and on the phone they say that a table is free only for 9pm. It is a bit late, but fine, I book for 9pm.

At 9pm sharp, we arrived in the restaurant. All the waiters were busy and after 10min, one of them came to us and said that everything is full and they don't take anymore clients. I replied that there is a reservation at 9pm, but the waitress just replied in a very unfriendly way "no, it doesn't matter, we are full".

I find very rude to accept reservations by phone while they are not able to book a table. Personally I won't even try again, even if I got positive feedbacks on their food, because they are not trustworthy and professional.

To me, just a no-go.

It was the worst restaurant I have been to in 37 years of my life! The service is hostile and the hosts are very rude to the customers... we had no autonomy in ordering, they simply brought what they thought was best!
The worst... price at the end was absurd and I left the restaurant hungry!

bad service i don't want come again. the problem is they machine card doesn't work its not our fault and they said we don't want to pay the bill its crazy ! they talk dirty to customers omg

Best place to have tapas in Luzern, if not in whole Switzerland. Gambas piri piri is a must try.
