Worst online shop in all Switzerland.
I ordered my son Christmas gift from them (worst decision ever) and they sold me the lego set but they didn't have it in stock (even if they online said they have it) and lied me about delivery dates not even feeling bad about a child not receiving his gift on Christmas day. They didn't accept to cancel even knowing they were failing on the delivery.
I hope there's a special place on hell for people like that.
Avoid them at all coast!

My second purchase at STEG was as positive as the first one: Precise description ... next-day delivery ... very competitive price for a superb product that was exacty as described and as expected. And: Other suppliers didn't have it for weeks while STEG had it in stock!
No question I will recommend STEG to friends!

Always fast delivery with a competitive price.
Always keep in mind, that from STEG you can expect also professional after- or pre- purchase service and advisory. So don't care too much on discounters if you are unsure about your configuration.

I have used Steg for years now and even bought my last desktop from them.
They have always been helpful. A few weeks ago I ordered a new internal disk and was pleased with their fast and free delivery of stock items.

For the first time in many years, I (70) built my own high end PC for video and audio production. The highly competent and friendly technical advice that I received right in the STEG shop really made the difference to other suppliers. Delivery of the parts was speedy, and my new PC is running as fast and silent as I had expected. I highly recommend STEG!

Never order on a Thursday. One time I wanted to be safe and chose to deliver on Saturday, which became the Saturday one week later. Last week I chose DPD next day delivery, but instead of Friday, it arrived on Monday. DPD didn't even try to deliver on Saturday. Support doesn't really help - just copy-paste answers. Back to Digitec next time.

I have bought many articles over many years and always been satisfied. Large items get delivered to my home for no charge. Most items are in stock. Yes, I miss Frys, but Steg is good enough.
