Great customer service and food, not easy to find these days in Switzerland.

Everything we ordered was perfect! Fresh bread and pasta, good meat and fish, on top of that you have an excellent selection of wines. Just ask for help and guidance, the Tolone family will take care of your needs, we will definitely be back!

Summer tip: A great outdoor patio for the summer!

It is hard to find good restaurants in Luzern; Casa Tolone is exceptionally great. I had the pleasure of dining at Casa Tolone recently, and all I can say is that the meals served are as great, if not better, than the fist time I came to Casa Tolone 17 years ago. The reason why their meals are consistently great is because of the immense care given by the Tolone family in running their restaurant. From the quality of fresh vegetables/fruits/meats to the attention given to their guests, Chefs Dario and Domenico are always involved because they care. 17 years ago they greeted us at the door and 17 years later they still greeted us with the same warm family welcome. 17 years ago they explained the preparation behind their meals and 17 years later they still explained why we should go for the tomato-based dish and why their homemade chili is the best in the city. You can always find good restaurants anywhere in the world, but Casa Tolone is special not only because “the food is great”, but because “they care”.

My favourit Italian restaurant in Lucerne. Nice during all seasons. Never had a bad meal/dish there. Extra tasty Chilli powder from down south, addictive :)

Great warm, truly homely atmosphere!
The sea bass with vegetables was huge and just incredible. And the fennel salad was unusually savory. The staff is beyond praise. In Casa Tolone you feel at home! Definitely recommend!

I'm not sure I have words that will do this place justice. Visiting Casa Tolone was like being invited into an old friend's home. Maybe it's because their customers are mostly returning for another meal. Maybe it's because the food is absolutely magical. Maybe it's because Domenico and Dario Tolone put so much heart into what they do that you can't help but feel like part of the family. Whatever the reason, eating here is like being let in on a local secret.

On our last day in Lucerne we stopped here for lunch. It was so good we returned for dinner. If you love Italy and want to feel like you're there again, or even if you're just looking for a delicious meal in a beautiful place, don't miss Casa Tolone.

Thanks guys for being one of our best experiences in Lucerne.

Big gastronomic disappointment :(
Came with the fiance for dinner, at first there was a little confusion with the table, although we called and booked. Nevertheless, we remained in good spirits. We had 1 hour and 40 minutes to spare before leaving the table. After ordering we were brought a salad and wine. In principle, this is the only thing that was worthy in the order, only for this I put "3" and not "2". After the salads we waited almost an hour. We reminded the waitress about our order, and by her reaction it was clear that they simply forgot about us ????

Further, the waitress says that we will immediately bring food. Then we wait for more than ten minutes. The meat was very dry, surprisingly dry, and the potatoes tasteless. To be honest, I have only tasted food of this level in a cafe with burgers and fast food.

We inquired about dessert and were told we had to vacate a table (the main course arrived late, but that turned out to be our problem). The saddest thing was that no one asked if we liked everything - neither the waiter, nor the person who served the food and cleaned the dishes. Therefore, unfortunately, my review will be here, and not in words to the employees of the "restaurant".

Was perfect evening)) thx do much))) nice Italian restaurant in Luzerne)) I was surprised by "Carbonara")) first in my life)) the dessert "Tiramisu" I can't compare with another... it's perfect Italian sweets)) grappa and coffee were great finish of the dinner) unexpecteble visit to the basement surprised with expensive and old bottles))))))

Wow. Incredible experience. Felt like we were in Italy. Authentic food and service that makes you feel like you're with family. Highly recommend!!
