Everything was top notch; the immediate greetings by receptionist Hussein made me and my friends feel like the most important guests. He immediately talked to us in a friendly and inviting tone but maintained his professionalism.
The facility and accommodation was modern and well kept. The location is centrally located. The breakfast which was included in our room cost was wonderful and included many options. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location and nice rooms, but they are a bit small and the AC isn’t strong enough for the standard American. Overall very quiet inside the rooms despite being next to the trains and the normal traffic of a city.

Best Hotel across Luzern.
From Reception to Restaurant and from room to Food, everything was perfect.
We got pleasant surprises from the check to check out.
We were received by an extremely pleasant receptionist. She welcomed us in the hotel. She let us check in even though we were 3 hours earlier. She provided us with the room as per our requirements. Then she explained to us the tourism information in detail. She provided us with a lot of information about buses and restaurants. The hotel was pretty ready to help the tourist.
She told us about the free mini bar in the room being free. This has never been heard or seen by us before. On arriving in the room we found an extremely aesthetic, beautiful clean room with a lot of space. It was beautifully designed.
Restaurant was not only the restaurant to eat but it was an experience. Craftily designed interior. Excellent furniture and decor. The staff was amazing. Hot breakfast served on a table with options of variety of eggs. We had dinner in the restaurant as well. That was traditional Spanish paella and grilled fish. That was amazing delicious food. We were served with love, respect, and dignity.
Although I am a very harsh critic about services but on this occasion, there was nothing less than Brilliant.
Full marks to hotel management and staff.
Well done, guys.
If I ever go back to Luzern, I will not stay anywhere else than Cascada.

I stayed there with my parents for 3 nights. It was a very pleasant experience. Well maintained rooms, great breakfast buffet with plenty of options and courteous staff. Special thanks to Fiona who was very helpful and easy to communicate and always cheerful.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in Switzerland!! If I could give a million stars, I would. Everything was perfect in this stay ???? the receptionists and staff were super friendly, thoughtful and helpful. The furnishing in the room looks new. Everything in the minibar was free- which was super generous as that include 2 still water, 2 sparkling water, 2 cokes, 2 apple juice and champagne (not sure if everyone gets it or because we were celebrating a special occasion). There’s also a coffee machine but we didn’t use it. Loved that there was a microwave as well!! Even the toilet was amazing, there’s a built in bidet and dryer. I really highly recommend staying at this hotel when you’re in Lucerne- you won’t regret it! Will be back again if I come back to Lucerne :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Cascada. It was close to the train station, and easy to walk to everything in town or the free busses. The hotel staff was very courteous and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious.

Fantastic play to stay! The entire staff is very accommodating and kind. Restaurant is top notch (breakfast included) but go back for dinner! Nick at front desk took extra care of our group, really appreciated his efforts.

We stayed here for 2 nights in the February 2023 and were very much impressed with this hotel. It's location is quite convenient, almost 6-8 minutes walk from the Luzern train station and we could walk down from the station with our luggage without much problem. There are 2/3 steps at the entrance and you may have to pick up your bags.

At the hotel the staff at the reception is super cooperative and polite. I don't know their names but they were very super helpful in giving us some necessary information and this is always helpful when you are visiting a country. The rooms are a bit small but very clean and provides all the amenities that you need in a hotel. The beds were comfortable, the mini bar is free which I loved.

Must give extra star for the breakfast which was included in our fare and it was quite an extensive spread. Breads, and croissants were fresh and eggs were made to order. The hostess was great. I would have loved to visit and dine at their restaurant Bolero, but didn't get a chance.
I would highly recommend this hotel for stay in Luzern. If I come back again, I would definitely stay here. It was a high point of my vacation in Switzerland.
