Perfect ambiance, professional and kind waiters, quality food for sure.
Only point is that the Impossible Burger could have more flavor. Maybe a sauce that gives the burger some more taste would be perfect. That’s the only feedback we would like to give. We have had a perfect evening. Thank you !

We came at the BLU fewer times, nice, cosy, and modern environment. In the Sommer the outside terrace is really nice. The restaurant is quite big but the team is present and the service is ensured. Despite the restaurants has Customers all year long the sushi is not available every day, the rest of the menu is a traditional Italian, some dishes are well prepared and some less despite those recipes are not complex. Our pasta was soaked in a medium/low quality oil as an example.

Great looking restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Delicious food and fast service.

We really enjoyed the plant based options. The only disappointment was the absence of non-dairy milk options for coffee.

Awesome place to have dinner. A little noisy outside because of the swimming area at the lake, but inside the Restaurant it is very cosy. Very suitable for vegans with plenty of choices and even a full menu.

Very nice restaurant, beautiful seatings with a terrace facing the lake if the weather is good. Kids playing area available with tables next to it. Food is good, had burger, chicken platter and pizza. For desserts we took chocolate fondant cake with mango sorbet which was good and also some ice cream scoops that were average.

Nice atmosphere with gorgeous looks on the lake. Friendly, quick service.
Food was good but portions are a bit small if you’re only sticking to a main course. Also, my chicken was dry and not that well seasoned. The tuna was well prepared and good but missed a bit of seasoning as well.

We tried two plant-based dishes (Ceci and Tempeh), but unfortunately neither dish convinced us. They weren’t bad, but they also just weren’t very good.

Staff was nice and the service was quick, though. The venue is also nice, but despite what looks like a lot of seating, a reservation is highly recommended.

A wonderful venue on the lake, in an architecturally sound building with light and views all around. The Menu is a mix of the local traditional food (the meat and the lake fish) with the addition of many curated ideas and flavours. A tartare is the best starter for a substantial, with the fritto misto a close second, acompanied by a light with wine. As a main, the chicken and the steaks are most definitely excellent, coupled with a full bodied and substantial red wine. To close, a dessert and the albicocca (panna cotta) will make a lover happy. Also, have a coffee, while I would not normally recommended it in Switzerland, here it will do, especially if you then follow up with a robust drink afterwards like a grappa or a gin (ask the very prepared barmen).
