For a 3 star hotel we were happy with the room, facilities, meals and all the staff.
One of the most important things for us is the service of the front of house and we have to congratulate you on your staff -always very pleasant and helpful.
A particular thanks to Mike and Teo, whom we had most contact with. They were very helpful and empathetic to us when we most needed.
We hope one day we can go back and already recommending to our friends.
Thank you to all your lovely staff.

Beautiful hotel ruined by poor restaurant service. Do yourself a favor and stay there but get your meals somewhere else. Hotel staff is great and courteous. However restaurant management is poor. They need better leadership to improve customer service.

This could have been a nice holiday spent in a simple but cozy hotel. However, the hotel was crowded with school groups which caused a lot of trouble. Noise in the evening, fights in the common areas, spa partially inaccessible and dirty after school groups used them with 50+ kids.
The positives: staff mostly helpful and friendly, nice wood works and nice views.

One of the worst mountain hotels Iv been to,

Instead of access to the buffet we were just crammed into some rooms in the basement for breakfast and dinner.

The food was very low quality and the breakfast choice was between cereal bread or yogurt. Often in meals there was not enough food for all of us to be full.

The rooms were alright however the pillows were dreadful. Only 1 pillow which was basically empty and was incredibly uncomfortable.

Staff were often very rude or they did not care, I couldn’t tell. I saw one waitress pushing young children out of the way instead of asking them to move.

The bar was often empty and when it wasn’t the drinks were incredibly expensive. (A red bull was 6 francs compared to 1.70 in the local coop)

Showers were really hard to adjust to the right temperature and were even boiling or freezing

This hotel is an overpriced tourist trap. Avoid it if you can. It sucks. 1/10

This is a bad choice for a vacation. In winter the place is populated with schools, which spend their ski holidays there. Therefore it is awfully noisy until 2 am. Residents take the liberty to smoke in the staircase. Unfortunately, the doors are far from sealed, so the smoke of people’s cigarettes gets into your room. Youngsters, on a skiing camp experience there, rampage the place, the rooms look therefore worn and ugly, partially with dirty carpets. Water pressure in the shower is inexistent. Management has a two class policy for their residents: ski camp residents and particular residents. So, in the restaurant management prevents ski camp residents verbally from grabbing more than one piece of meat or too much rice from the buffet. This is of no consequence since the food is not noteworthy. You will casually find a hair in your food, which is cold anyway. As explained: there are two buffets: a nice one and a sad one: It is hilarious to observe how the restaurant staff guards the better quality buffet for the particular residents, while the adults that are there with school kids get shooed away from the buffet with the higher quality food. Dinner with a show. Further low point: you walk for quite a while, before you reach a ski lifts or cable car. God awful place that does not deserve ***s. Simply stay away.

hospitality is below criticism, jerks, the food is disgusting, the rooms are not clean, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They are not hospitable

The worst restaurant staff. Outdated rooms with old smelly carpet, beds have no linens at all, just a comforter for cover. Stay away.

Helpful returning a Nintendo Switch I left in my room, after I had left. Very reasonable international shipping cost (to UK)
