We booked through VRBO. We had to pay directly through LPM. After we paid we kept receiving emails asking us to pay again stating they had not received payment. After a continuous conversation on the phone with Mikael the director he realized the payment had been received but categorized differently in by his staff? The staff also left no toilet paper. There were no bath towels for the property. During our stay there was a roof leak to dripped onto our bed. We informed Mikael about the leak and he adamantly denied it and accused us of staining the bed. After the water on the bed dried there was no evidence of the leak. We own vacation rentals and understand that problems arise with the properties and would never accuse a guest of lying about an issue. Furthermore after arriving in Leysin we had to go to the office and were charged more money to receive our keys. This was not disclosed until we arrived in Leysin. We were trapped. The property we rented was a luxury stay and the service was anything but luxury.

Worst service I‘ve ever got from a real estate agent. my wife and I wanted to rent a large, furnitured appartment in Leysin. we double-checked with the agency - the agent confirmed that it was furnitured. I drove 1.5h to visit the appartment to discover that it was not furnitured. the agend mumbled as excuse: sorry, I am new, people are tired. then she suggested to visit another empty appartment in Leysin. When we arrived there it turned out that the owner was having her quarantine there. shock about such waste of time and bad service
