Emil Frey Genève Les Acacias is the best BMW dealer I have ever worked with. They provide top-notch service and are always there to help if you have any problems. Extremely poor customer service. Overpricing for small repairs and long waiting time for cost estimates. We were part of the customer base yet we still waited more than two weeks for literally nothing and still got billed for 150CHF. I unfortunately do not recommend this garage to anyone in the future.

Difficult to rate that low as everyone there was nice, but I just can't believe they gave my car back with an empty tank.. if you can't afford to replenish even half tank while doing a single-button 1200.- repair (...) at least ask about a refill.
Don't think I have EVER got a car back from garage on the reserve.
