Great and very quick service. We were told to collect the car in February, but in the end it was completed in January, a week in advance thanks to Bruno. Also Sebastien who explained very well the car functionalities. ????

Great service, advice and availability from the AMAG team that helped us get our leasing, especially Emmanuelle.

When signing up, we also received a leaflet given with special offers and the autosense box that enables you to track your car via geolocation and its performance via an app.

We got the package for tyre storage as well - and the change from summer to winter ones was super smooth.

Totally recommend AMAG. It’s been over 6 months now and and fully satisfied.

I would never purchase or lease a car from AMAG. They simply do not believe in customer service. They don't return phone calls or emails. You may want to try smoke signals to try to get in touch with them and hope they respond. We came to the dealership in person and then tried to follow up with the sales rep via phone and email. However, he nor his manager would contact us back even though we were ready to buy. I'm not sure how they stay in business given the lack of basic customer service.

Was looking to purchase first car for spouse. Took 3 calls to even make an appointment one week away to test drive a car we liked. That one was bought hours after our test. Tried a second one but did not much like it and when we asked to try a third the eye rolling went out of control and we were told that "the aim is not to try them out" (cheers mate!). Left and bought similar class car from a smaller dealer.
The choice is large but if anyone values being treated better than a random walk-in asking to use the loo at a failing Parisian bistro, try someplace else.
