Worst Service experience ever!!! Bought windows for approx 300.000 EUR. Panoramah! Partner of Panoramah! in Ibiza that installed the windows was a nightmare. Did not get paid from general contractor although I paid EVERYTHING to the general contractor and eventually kept me as a hostage to force the general contractor to pay him. Partner was unwilling to finish installation, installation was bad, no service in case of problems and Panoramah! said we trust our partner that they will do the right thing. I have windows that do not work and get no one to fix them. I.have among other windows a huge sliding window with 9 metres and it sometimes does not close. No service available. Unbelievable!!!!! Never ever will I select Panoramah! Huge mistake!!!! Same with their partner in Ibiza. It is just a nightmare!!!!

Tolle Produkte, genial einfach gemacht aber sehr robust und sehr schönes Design. Die Firma ist auch nach Verkauf und Montage für den Kunden da und reagiert schnell und prompt. Auch kleinere Mängel werden innert nützlicher Frist behoben.
