Got excellent advise here from Craig, bought all my gear. Unfortunately something was with one of my purchases. There was no hesitation to refund me the full amount. Definitely a store you can trust for good advise and service!

Helpful staff and surprisingly large selection of items (climbing, hiking and winter sports) for the size of the store on the street (it goes back a long way inside). Prices were comparable to bigger chains I checked for the same products.

Excellent shop for winter sport addict. You will find all you need for skiing and climbing. The shop is super clean and you will always be welcome, the salers know what they are talking about which is perfect.

Outstanding selection of out door gear, clothing and jackets. They carry the best brands. Prices are standard. They have good deals at the beginning of summer.

The best customer services I had so far!

I bought some Scott ski-touring boots and had a lot of problems: blocking mechanism broke 3 times, 6 buckels broke, etc. "Scott" didn't really bother although this was still in warranty time. Yosemite Lausanne did everything to help me with Scott, and after the problem went on replaced me the shoe with the newest model (had used the problematic shoes then already for 1.5years a lot) for a very reasonable additional charge and included the boot fitting. Thanks a lot for your help and customer-friendliness!

In general, they are were very competent, have a large variety of gear and helped me well to find the right gear for my specific needs. Also english communication is possible, which was quite helpful when I didn't remember the right word in French.
