5 years after leaving my Nyon apartment they rented me I still feel quite bitter about the situation and their unprofessionalism. They tried to use their tricks of the legal system against us expats in the building. When entitled to a rent reduction they ignored it and forced me to take them to court.. they then manipulated the judge and I didnt get the reduction I was officially entitled to. ASLOCA were angry too.
The woman who ran the place was frankly very nasty... happy to take your money but always against you and would send warning letters for very small issues.
I'd stay well clear from these guys. There are a lot of good Swiss people around, Regie Chamot are not some of them.

Je suis locataire depuis 15 ans dans un appartement d'un immeuble géré par la Régie Chamot.

La Régie est toujours disponible, aimable et à l'écoute afin de proposer des solutions.

J'apprécie particulièrement le rapport humain qui est cultivé.

Gérance très sympathique et "humaine" dans le sens où l'individu y tient une place prioritaire ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les gérances. Collaborateurs très accueillants et professionnels, à recommander!!!

Excellente régie ! Personnel sympathique et réactif.

toujours à l'écoute et pour chaque chose que j'ai eu besoin, j'ai été contacté très rapidement par des entreprises pour faire le travail. Je les recommande!
