Awful behaviour from this agency. March 2021: Spent quite a bit of time filling Application Forms for an apartment, sharing private information and details. NO REPLY, not even "Thank you for the interest". May 2021: Sent multiple times requests for a parking space. NO REPLY.

Very greedy people. They also sue us for accidental parking near threir place. Be aware of publicly aggressive Régie Duboux practices and keep far away from their properties, as they will definitely send you CHF200 bill for 5 min parking ((

La pire régie de Lausanne, ils traitent leurs locataires très mal, pour des prestations lamentables. Le personnel au standard est impoli, peu serviable et irrespectueux, au téléphone comme par e-mail.

Fuyez!! Vous aller perdre des précieuses minutes de votre vie … Personnel désagréable et incompétent. Cependant, pour narguer les locataires par mail ou au téléphone alors là se sont des grands champions !!!!
Perdez pas votre temps avec eux ????
