I ordered 25 knives. Free engraving. Free shipping...to the USA. Arrived before expected. Packaging was secure. Products are genuine. Unbeatable prices. Communication was excellent. Very pleased. Thank you Heidi-shop! ????

CHECK RETURN POLICY BEFORE ORDERING
After my ordered product arrived, I found myself disappointed with the quality. I checked the return policy, and they charge a 25% "restocking fee" alongside the shipping costs in order to return a product. In my case, it means I have a choice to either pay them €34,48 + shipping and end up with nothing, or keep the product I'm disappointed in.

When asked, they answer that they cannot waive this fee for the following reasons: "We have packaging and order processing fees.
We have reimbursement fees when crediting you."

It does say this on the website, but 25% (instead of a flat rate) feels excessive and not very costumer friendly.

This is the Best Shop in Switzerland. J. Arrigo is excellent with his Customers. Goods arrive Gift Wrapped, Total Perfection, Very neat wrapping.
This business ships my orders to the UK. All the parcels are very well wrapped, I have never had a lost parcel. Choice of goods online is the Best in Switzerland, Big Big Choice of excellent quality knives, watches, pocket watches, music boxes etc etc. It's always a pleasure to buy merchandise from the Heidi Shop in Lausanne.

Very disappointed, placed my order and it said delivery within 4 weeks after 4 weeks I have not received what I have ordered and emailed to find out what was going on. I was then told it looks like my order is lost and they will conduct an investigation that will take another six weeks! Avoid disappointment do not order from this store!

GREAT for the knife interested person. They have a wide range of different chef knifes and also katanas and other cool blades. The lady in the shop is nicer than the older gentleman and actually lets you inspect the blades before buying them.

It took more than 3,5 weeks to receive a watch I ordered from Heidi shop in Lausanne. Original order was placed on the 1st of January. Shipping , as per the website, was to resume on the 4th of January. Delivery times, as per website, 1-5 business days within Suisse. The watch arrived on the 15 of January. And it was a wrong model. I emailed the shop manager Mr J . Arrigo about the error and he emailed me back asking me to come to the shop to exchange it for the correct model. Ok, I drove to Lausanne next day , parked , came to the shop to only find out that my model was not available. Ok, I bit my lip and went back home without the watch. Mr Arrigo promised that the correct model would be shipped in 1-2 days. There was no communication at all. I waited until the 25th of January when I finally emailed Mr J Arrigo to say that it has been over 3 weeks and I still have no watch. I received a bitter-sweet apology for the delay containing the following phrase :

"Voilà…si êtes déçu de ma façon de gérer mon entreprise dans cet ouragan que nous traversons et bien je vous cède volontiers ma place".

Wow, what can I say? Swiss style customer service!

The watch did arrive the next day after that email. If I were in the US or UK , I would almost certainly had received a small note of apology or a small gift voucher to compensate for the wait and the parking fee. Don't expect this from Heidi shop. I dont think they want their customers to return. Why bother when you are in a prime location in Lausanne!

My advice to Heidi Shop: communication is the key! I would gladly forgive the error with the model as well as the delay, if you took the initiative and dropped a short email in the course of my shopping/waiting experience to let me know about the delay!

I’m writing a review 5 years after visiting this shop. I’m aware it’s been quite some time but I never did leave one, and feel my experience should be shared. The shop is certified by watchmaker LumiNox on their website so came in to change a bracelet. Presented them with a mat black watch requiring a mat black stainless steel 23mm bracelet. After a month of waiting, I got called to the shop only to learn they had ordered a 26mm bracelet that wouldnt fit. Two more weeks of waiting revealed they ordered another bracelet but this time in gun metal gray. Under the dark light of their shop they convinced me the colors were similar enough to go unnoticed. I was young (17y) and believed them. 120.- spent on a bracelet they made mistakes on TWICE! Looking back I shouldve stood up for myself... I still have that gray bracelet. A more honest shop ordered me a better bracelet matching the watch. However, I will always regret having spent money at such a dishonest and manipulative place!

Very nice souvenir shop to buy souvenirs before you leave. Huge assortments of knives and other things such as t-shirts and postcards. Small shop but packed with many great things!
