AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Like everyone, 1 star because you cannot leave 0 stars. They don’t communicate at all between the office.

One person says one thing, then another says the complete opposite thing. They make you believe everything is okay, take all your documents and offer something then just say random things and that everything that they said is not possible just because.

People with 0 empathy and 0 intelligence. They don’t know their properties, don’t know how to handle files and they just lie to you openly.

Worst customer service!

Kind of RACISTS as well, as soon as they read where I was from they ignored me and suddenly everything changed. They usually take 6 months in advance or a year when some documents are missing because you’re a foreign student but not with me suddenly they “don’t do that” when I know first hand they do that and have proven solvency in many ways, they specifically target students but suddenly that I’m a student is the only issue.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I have been living in their property for two years. They were very helpful to us by guiding us through all the paperworks when we were trying to find a place to live in Lausanne from abroad during those awkward COVID time. Their service has been excellent. Common areas (hallway, stairs, etc.) are regularly cleaned and the building is very safe. Complaints & requests are handled in a timely manner. We had our refrigerator broken down; we reported it at 08:30 am and they replaced it on the same day at 09:30 am. I'm very happy with them and highly recommend it.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with this guys. Firstly they told me that we could establish a lease agreement for the renting of an apartment, so they asked me to deposit a 3 months guarantee and to pay in advance the first rent and administrative expenses. Then, at the appointment in which they were supposed to give me the signed contract, they said that for a series of not very clear reasons they were re-evaluating my candidature for the house rental. They disappeared for five days until the date of the état des lieux: exactly 30 min before the appointment they communicate me that they decided not to give me the house. This was really unbelievable! Furthermore, a considerable amount of money was blocked in their hands for 3 weeks without any reasons and nobody apologized for that.
My evaluation of this régie is extremely negative!

Very unprofessional organisation and service. They never reply to emails. They don’t release the rent guarantee either.

Malheureusement il n’existe pas zéro étoile, du coup j’en mets une pour écrire à quel point cette gérance est désastreuse! Une réceptionniste qui n’a ni respect, ni intelligence, une manière de parler exécrable à croire que personne d’autre ne travaille là bas mise à part elle ( car madame dit ne pas avoir le temps un lundi matin de répondre à mes questions et qu’elle a d’autres priorités)
Donc cher madame, veuillez changer de métier ou tout simplement prenez votre retraite!
Ils feraient mieux de changer leurs employés au vu de tous les commentaires négatifs ainsi que la mauvaise expérience vécue auprès de cette gérance mythomane.

Et je ne tolérerai plus, la prochaine fois j’irai plus loin.

Llevamos 5 meses esperando que nos desbloqueen la fianza. He enviado mas de 5 emails, he ido a su oficina varias veces, les he llamado por teléfono mas de 3 y nada. No responden, dan largas y no dan información ni solución. Siempre dan largas del tipo: " la persona responsable esta fuera, vuelve el lunes y ese dia le llama para informar"; "el sistema no funciona le devuelvo la llamada en cuanto pueda acceder a su dossier"; "voy a relanzar la solicitud de factura y le llamo o envio email con noticias"; " tomo nota de su petición y le llamamos con la información "; etc, etc TODO MENTIRA. No se que sacan con retener la fianza, pero en cuanto a trato al cliente, respuestas o atención, es que no llegan ni al cero. Si pudiera no les daba ni una estrella, pero para poder dejar comentario hay que darla.
