You know those reels making fun of Douglas workers and how they are arrogant and lazy, only chatting with each other? Apparently they are made for this store! Absolutely useless employees. I have never had such a bad experience in any other Douglas, and it will be a long time before I consider shopping with them again - and never in Lausanne!

The customer service after online order is terrible.
The orders are not updated, customer is not informed by them if there are issues (broken/lost orders)

They don’t reply to emails, very hard to get them on a phone call. On phone they request for you to leave your contact/name/order and claim that will contact you but never do.

Never ordering again from Douglas. Their discounted prices are not worth the lack of service. For 5 more chf I can purchase from somewhere else, not wait 2 weeks for a package that doesn’t come and they refuse to update the status/explain why.

Just horrible experience.

Today I came to "Duoglas" and was disappointed. The seller did not offer help in choosing a product, when asked if you speak English, they said no. I think that knowledge of at least two languages u200bu200bis required in such stores. They are cold and unfriendly. I will not go there again.

Personnel très hautain, dès que je suis rentrée je savais exactement ce que je voulais et je me suis dirigé vers le stand recherché pour essayer le parfum que je voulais acheter et tout de suite une dame travaillant là-bas m'a approché de manière désobligeante pour me dire de passer à l'arrière de la boutique pour essayer, comme si elle ne voulait pas que j'essaye proche de l'entrée (elle pensait que j'allais partir en courant avec ou quoi ?)? Et dès que j'ai voulu la trouver pour demander si ils avaient le produit en stock, elle m'a ignoré en faveur d'une dame plus âgée qui recherchait des produits plus chers donc clairement plus alléchante que mon profil. J'ai fait le tour de la boutique pour trouver un autre membre du staff, et j'ai trouvé un monsieur à lunette affalé sur le contoir que clairement je dérangeai... J'avais prit la peine d'appeler avant de venir pour être sur qu'ils avaient le stock nécessaire et ils m'avaient assurés qu'ils avaient toute la gamme diponible et j'arrive en magasin et la moitié n'est soit pas exposé, soit exposé en tester mais pas en stock. Personnel inutile et condécendant et j'ai fini par acheter en ligne sur un autre site parce qu'il est hors de question que je leur donne mon argent.
