I had the bad luck of renting a flat with the Lausanne team.
They don't answer the mails, they are incompentent to solve the easiest and tiniest of the problems. They promised certains things and at the end they refused to accomplish them, making you look like a fool. I have never recieved such a bad treatment. I do not recommend to rent a flat with them.

This company has literally no idea what customer service is (The agent named "Alexandra Da Costa" was a disaster). There was nearly zero assistance provided throughout the apartment rental process. The only thing they are exemplary at is sending standardized templates which provide no additional clarity (especially during the split-account damage deposit process). I am looking forward to the day that some type of AI-backed computer program takes over 90% of the jobs at this company. At the very least, I will not have to put up with the entitled attitude that their agents displayed. I highly recommend anyone in Lausanne to not rent/purchase a home via Apleona.

I wouldn’t know about the agency but the realtor Lopez definitely doesn’t deserve even one star. He is the most unprofessional and rude of all realtors we had so far met in Lausanne. Avoid at all cost. And as well he demands a lot of personal information which could be used for undesirable purposes. Be careful.

You know that feeling as though you have been set-up, stuck in a bad nightmare, or a really horrible joke is being played on you?... Well that's exactly how you are treated and made to feel by Apleona.
It is truly incomprehensible how incompetent, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful the people are at this agency.
A shame to humanity that such people exist - how they are allowed to maintain a job is beyond me.
Alexandra DaCosta is utterly the most embarrassingly frustratingly incapable person I have come across to date.
Should you have to deal with them, I only hope you have a better experience.

Excellent service!
I just moved into a new apartment managed by Apleona. I had to deal with all the preparation from distance, and all was managed with flexibility and professionalism to support me in this situation. The first day I arrived back I had the inventory and the hand over of the flat. All went well, the inventory was taken very professionally including detailed descriptions and photos in their system directly.
Bravo and merci Apleona, Alexandra and Fabrice! ❤️

Terrible service, terrible regie. Just such a shame that accommodation is so difficult to get in Lausanne and that the "regie's" have so much power and control. Try to avoid these guys if you can though.

They had a visit for an appartment scheduled with me, they didn't show up and after I called thay said "the appartment has been assigned".
