Accessing medical services in a foreign country is normally daunting, but not this time! Fantastic lady assisted us. So polite and helpful, we had quite a few questions and she had so much patience. So sorry I never got her name but she helped us with herbal medication, mixing with malaria tablets so the pharmacist may know who I mean!

There was a treatment room and a patient explanation of the medication. A lady called S.Zbinden helped us a lot, who can speak Chinese.

Hi Sir / Madam,

Subject: Require wheelchair for 4 days, we stay in Interlaken 2 days and remaining 2 days in Lucerne

I am from India, planned my Travel to Switzerland on 22nd Sep 2019 along with my wife. Due to surgery in my wife's knee, she has difficulty in walking. I am looking for wheelchair for hire. Do you provide it? Or can you please give any reference who can help us.

여기 진짜 친절하세요. 영어가 미숙해서 짧은 단어로만 말했는데 다 알아들으시고 약 설명하실 때도 알아듣지 못했으면 얘기해달라고하셔서 감동이였어요. 외국에서 약사기가 쉽지 않은데 다 친절하게 받아주셔서 감사했어요. 꼭 여기 추천해요!!!

خدمتنا في هذه الصيدلية فتاة من الفلبين اسمها "S.Zbinden " وواجهتنا مشكلة في الدفع عن طريق البطاقة وساعدتنا وتفاهمت معنا بكل ود واحترام ولطافة بعكس زميلتها ذات الشعر الاشقر كان تعاملها جداً سيء وتعاملها غير لطيف أبداً والصيدلية متوفر بها كل شيء .
