268 francs for a medical bill!
The doctor does not give any details, just one line one the bill. The consultation itself was only 30 minutes. The bill is abusive.
The KPT pays without checking anything. Then it's down to the patient to pay.

Unfortunately, the KPT is making fun of me.
How can I ask the doctor to correct a bill when the KPT has already paid for it without checking anything!

Next year, I try another insurance. I hope to be much more serious.

the first call to kpt and already realised the mistake i made by having this insurance.
pathetic definitely changing as soon as i can.
please never get this insurance anyone

The worst! I have paid my invoice for coverage and still do not have an insurance card since November 2022!!!! What is with this company. Do they hire such lazy people and pay them 12CHF per hour to do a miserable customer service? They also ignore my emails. So in short - I pay for a service and get NOTHING in return, not even an insurance card if I am delivered to the emergency room unconscious.

Terrible insurance providers. No communication to issues, either unreachable or can't resolve it. However, monthly receipts come fast. The card takes forever to arrive, the numbers provided on the phone for the card to use at the doctor are wrong, they screwed up the franchise we wanted etc...

I really avoid giving 1 star bse it impacts a lot but at least for KPT its not a good company for non-English speaking people. I had this Insurance for pretty long tenure but next time i will opt for a one where i can at least get some support with Application and website having english support..Its gone even worst with latest IVR changes. Now a days even customer care number does nt work as you may have to wait for 30 min and get ...its common not to have English support here in swiz but i will rather suggest to find a insurer having english support or someone at least picking up your call.I have been chasing KPT representative for 3 months now but have no mails or callback .send mail to info@kpt but looks like no one even check this as well. So be aware you will not have even minimum assured support and will land into trouble,you have plenty of options so better to try them.

representative looks quite busy and its been more than 10 days since I have sent mail for Enquiry and 3 months of follow up now.

Just the final statement from my end is :

My family has left swiz for which i have mailed the docs and i will leave it by month end and will send the deregistration form.

I am not sure abt any kind of pending amount which i have to pay as everything is paid already in advance ,for the money to be returned i am no more expecting anything from KPT as its been 3 months of chasing and calling so please do not expect me to pay anything more as i have already paid all my dues in starting .This is final mail from my side and will not be mailing anymore or asking for any clarification so please don't expect any kind of reverts from my end as well.

Worst experience for a Customer i can think abt ....

Worst experience I ever had in Switzerland... They won't cancel my insurance, even though I do not live in Switzerland anymore. After hundreds of e-mails and calls trying to fix this, still nothing. They are rude and inefficient.

Avoid this insurance from a far!!!!! No service! Lie everywhere!!! They have Medi24 and DoctorChat and you pay for this even when you are mot informed. Really the worst provider ever- tried it thia year and will chamge definetly next year.
