The service was great. The bus we wanted wasn't available originally but Ms. Moser made a recommendation as a replacement. Luckily, there was a cancellation so we could get a 8 +1 seater as planned. She let me know right away that we could. Handover before was easy (It was in great condition so no complaints) and the key drop at the end meant I could bring it back after hours. The extra drivers were not needed but nice to have (at no extra charge).

Amazing experience and vehicle! We rented the Mercedes V-Class vehicle for 6 people. We were trying to find a vehicle that was reasonably priced and capable of holding our large suitcases for our 5 day trip in Interlaken. Busmiete did not disappoint!

The Mercedes V-Class vehicle stored all of our luggage perfectly in the trunk (which were about 6 large suitcases and 3 medium suitcases). The amenities inside the vehicle were amazing - GPS, sound system, comfortable seats, smooth driving, etc. This vehicle was also very easy to park and fit in any parking spot we found.

The staff at Busmiete Bern (specifically, Selina, Letizia and Nicky) were so friendly and accommodating. They were always available with any questions that came up. The pick-up and drop-off process were very smooth. When we come back to Switzerland, we will be booking our vehicle with Busmiete again! Highly recommend!

Fantastic company, they made the whole process extremely easy. We had 4 coaches all of which were of a brilliant standard and the drivers were all brilliant.

Preiswert, Pünktlich und gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld unseres Wochenendtrips. Der gesamte Ablauf war reibungslos. Sogar ein verlorenes Portemonnaie wurde ein Par Tage später wieder übergeben.

Der 8+1 Plätzer Mercedes Bus war ein voller Erfolg…die Reise von Bern in den Tessin ebenso. Alles hat geklappt und der Bus war sehr luxuriös und auch für den Fahrer leicht und bequem im Handling. Eine gute Alternative zum Reisen; speziell wenn es ohne Halbtax mit dem Zug sehr teuer wird!
Immer gerne wieder…
