Bad service will not use again.
Had my vehicle serviced and repaired here 3 separate times. The service seemed ok (although maybe expensive) but they could not diagnose nor fix the problem so they returned the car back to me unrepaired. When I asked what the next steps were they said I would have to rebook it in for them to try to fix again. When I asked further questions about what they had tried and to book it in again they then stopped contact with me and did not reply! Terrible customer service to just ignore my contact!

UPDATED REPLY: Yes I emailed you on 7 January asking what next steps to take but I have had no reply. I also emailed a separate inquiry about possible buying a new van on 28 January but again but reply.
I have now had the van repaired at another garage and they diagnosed the fault in 1 day (where you had it for several days without finding the fault). They repaired it without issue. They also changed the oil which they said was in very bad condition and in their opinion had not been changed for a long time. Your garage invoiced me for a full service including oil change in November 2019 so now I wonder whether this was indeed done (although I cannot prove anything and it is my opinion).

I haven't bought a new car in a while but Mr Rodriguez made the whole thing really easy. I knew the car that I wanted but I was concerned it might take a long time. Mr Rodriguez managed to get me the exact car I wanted with a fast delivery and helped me through all the steps, taking care of a lot of it himself, and being really flexible to accommodate my schedule. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks!

Although having a bad experience on the car dealership service level in Switzerland, BYmyCAR was a pleasant exception.
Since the beginning there was very friendly and positive attitude from the sales people and specifically Mr. Pontillon. Willing to answer my questions, providing useful advice and eventually presenting an offer that could match my needs and budget.
I really appreciated this and weighted towards buying a new Peugeot 5008 Allure.
I want to thank them publicly for that and hope to preserve the same great level of service.

Les conseils et les entretiens lesquels j’ai eu avec Madame Lepri étaient excellent et agréable, à propos de mon leasing de 208 GT. Elle m’a surtout très clairement expliqué les différentes installations et fonctionnement d’une nouvelle véhicule!

Ich hatte eine Reifenpanne (Schraube eingefahren). Man hätte vor Ort direkt den Reifen schnell und günstig ohne teuren Reifenwechsel reparieren können, aber das war zum Glück gar nicht nötig. Super kulanter Service und freundliches Personal.
