For Gland, this is certainly a top restaurant.
The steak is quite good. The atmosphere is fair, could use an update - either more classic or more modern.
The service is generally very good - could be a little more attentive. I hate waiting twenty minutes for the bill when finished eating - as this has happened twice, that cost them a service star.
Still, one of the best places in the area - no need to head to Geneva for a steak.

Great place for an Entrecôte Parisienne! Love their fries! Really good sauce! Heaven! I had a good time with my friends!
On the other side, the service was overwhelmed at lunch time, resulting in some delays and mistakes with my order, twice. But one can see that this is a very popular restaurant! But my main gripe was with quantity, as usually 250gr of meat is much harder for me to finish. So I have a doubt about the actual size of the Entrecôte we've received. And they could have been more generous with fries. But this might only be me. Regardless, for the price we have paid, I expected to be fuller. I'll update this review when I go back. So 4 stars until next time. It would have been 5 stars if we took the set lunch, which has great value!

Very friendly atmosphere! The food is absolutely delicious.
Waiters are great, the manager is really nice.

Excellent steaks and ambiance. One of the best in the region. The Cuvé wine is excellent as well

Food is amazing but most memorable is the service. Kind and hands down the best service I have experienced in Switzerland. Thank you for making our kids free date night so enjoyable!
