We are very pleased with the work on our home. We were always kept up to date with the progress of works. We very much valued that the start and completion dates were as we were told despite the (few) unforeseen issues that arose.
The team were always polite and helpful and contributed with helpful suggestions along the way.
I would highly recommend this company to any prospective clients and will definitely use them again in the future.

An excellent job, completed within the right time with good taste and attention for the details.
Since I was travelling I couldn't follow the job, buy nevermind my anxiety, when I went back to my apartment in Geneva I found out that they made the perfect choices for everything: floors, ceramics, taps, lighting, etc.
I warmly recommend them if you want a good job done with materials of the best quality.

I recommend this outstanding company. They have impeccable attention to detail, and exceeded and fulfilled my expectations. They did a great job on my home in Switzerland in a timely manner and maintained and managed the property for me in my absence.

Manque de professionnalisme totale. M. Marra a changé plusieurs fois son devis initial, mais bon, finalement on a trouvé un accord. Le jour J, il s'est présenté, mais a refusé d'exécuter le travail, car selon lui la cabine de douche aurait du être assemblée auparavant et lui devrait que le fixer au mur...Pardon??? Si je monte la cabine moi même, a quoi bon de faire appel à ses services? D'ailleurs il n'a jamais mentionnée cela dans son devis et nos échanges. A noter que dans ma demande d'offre initiale auquel il a répondu sur renovero, j'ai mis une photo de la cabine de douche actuelle (emplacement inclus), un lien vers la nouvelle cabine achetée et une description détaillée du travail a exécuter. Donc tout a été très clairement expliqué depuis le début...Dommage!

Nous avons sollicité OZENI pour rénover notre maison dans un délai serré. Grâce à son sérieux et son professionnalisme, OZENI a tenu le calendrier, nous informant quotidiennement de l'évolution du chantier (photos, vidéos) afin de suivre au plus près les différents aléas et statuer sur les décisions à prendre. Au final, un superbe rendu avec une attention particulière aux détails et des finitions parfaites. Le tout dans un budget optimisé. Nous recommandons vivement OZENI ! Encore un immense merci à M. Marra pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité exemplaire.
