Beautiful place to visit all year round for hikes through the valley where you can study most varieties of trees that grow in Switzerland. There is also a museum devoted to wood in all forms and shapes and a small coffee shop where you find basic drinks and some minor dishes, eating outdoors. In early spring you can see magnolias in flower. Unfortunately, this year of 2023, most of the flowers had suffered from below zero temperatures. Highly recommended for anyone interested in biology.

An amazing gem! The parc is so gorgeous filled with various trees, has beautiful ponds, and a nice museum showcasing wooden tools and arts.

Free entrance, the garden is very beautiful during autumn, worth to go if you want to get in touch with nature

Wonderful in every season, especially in Autumn. Dogs super welcomed, stroller just on the main road to the little lake, not in the forest (clearly).

Perfect place for a walk with the dogs or by yourself, or even do some sport. Very well signed.

The parking is not the easiest to find if you follow the gps, so when you arrive at the forest just follow the traffic signs where is written “Arboretum” and you’ll be right on the spot.

Any time every time this beautiful park shows a different face of the trees and other flora it contains. Various paths make for lovely walks.

Great place for relaxing with beautiful landscape and several hiking trails.

Cool park with lots of trails and beautiful plants, trees, river, small lake, bridges, and dam. Easy flat walking trails with some a bit longer and little more difficulty.
