A very charming and beautifully decorated hall used for concerts and musical performances. It was truly amazing to be there and listen to wonderful music. I really recommend visiting it.

The venue has a 1,700 seating capacity and was built in 1891-1894. and was dedicated to Queen Victoria.

Kind and highly professional Staff
Great acoustic, well furnished foyer, with a bar where it is possible to have snacks and drinks, from Calvinus's beer to champagne!
Great views, very good chairs! Magnifique theatre!

A stunning late-1800s concert hall built by the British consul. Superbly preserved and well worth a visit to listen to the Swiss OST (effectively their equivalent of a Geneva Symphony Orchestra). Dress code is smart and drinks in the foyer are very reasonably priced.

Had a great concert experience. The hall is beautiful and the acoustics excellent.

The only thing I’d suggest is that you pay attention to the aisle seats you select in the middle-rear when booking online as they are pull down seats with no back support. We witnessed some very disappointed people when they realised the types of seats they had.

Overall though, I’m looking forward to going to another concert there.

The place is beautiful and the concert was amazing. However the event was fully booked and they increased the number of chairs in the corridor. As a result it was really hard to have a proper view. Also, too many people using their phones to record and no staff was around to ask them to stop. Lastly and most importantly, I could constantly hear a high pitched screeching sound which was repeating every 5 seconds or so. I don't know what it was, but it was really hard to enjoy the concert this way.

A Must-Visit for Music Lovers

The venue is well-known for its world-class acoustics and historic architecture, attracting music lovers from all over the world. The experience was truly memorable, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva.

Upon entering Victoria Hall, I was immediately struck by the grandeur of the space. The hall's rich history and attention to detail are evident in every corner, from the intricate carvings on the walls to the plush velvet seats. The acoustics are truly unmatched, providing a rich and immersive listening experience that transports you to another world.

However, there were a few areas where Victoria Hall fell short of a perfect 5-star rating. While the acoustics are exceptional, the seating arrangements can be a bit cramped, making it challenging to fully enjoy the music at times. Additionally, some of the amenities, such as the restrooms, could use a bit of an update.

Despite these minor drawbacks, the experience at Victoria Hall was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Geneva. This venue is truly one of a kind, offering an unforgettable musical experience in a beautiful and historic setting. It is a must-visit for any music lover.

To improve the experience for visitors, I would suggest expanding the seating arrangements and updating the facilities to make them more comfortable and accommodating. This would make Victoria Hall an even more attractive destination for music enthusiasts and help the venue continue to thrive in the years to come.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend visiting Victoria Hall to anyone looking for a truly exceptional musical experience in Geneva. The venue is an icon in the city and well worth a visit. The unique ambiance and world-class acoustics will leave a lasting impression on you, and I can't wait to return on my next trip to the city.

Stunning concert venue. Have visited several times during Fête de la Musique and been able to sit in the centre on the ground floor with full view of the stage. The acoustics work really well to make you feel close to the musicians on stage. It's very glitzy and gold inside. The seats fold down.
