Gianni Versace chose Medusa as the logo because she made people fall in love with her and they had no way back. He hoped his company would have the same effect on people. The company announced in 2018 that it would stop using fur in its collections. In January 2019, Gianni Versace S.r.l. joined Capri Holdings Limited, forming a new global fashion luxury group together with Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo.

OMG My friend and I had a blast there. Their customer service was out of this world. He made us feel welcome. I have a love and hate relationship with shopping at brand name stores, it wasn't the case there at all.

Arguably the worst after sale service ever received. They put the wrong size of a bathing suit in the wrong package. Three weeks to have the manager feedback who told us we had to wait more to exchange it because they did not have it in store (which means the article probably went missing since the package for the right size was “orphan”... but that’s another story). This basically resulted in a bathing suit, bought as a gift, being finally received at the end of the summer.
When we went to exchange the bathing suit no apology or gesture from the store personale was made to make it up to us.
In Italy or in the US it would have never happened and the store manager would have at least made an effort.
It is really sad because it damages the image of a great historical brand, now in the hands of people who don’t care about a thing beside their paycheck.
About the store: it’s small, with a narrow selection of articles presented in bulk as everything is crammed and items do not have right space to be browsed and appreciated properly. Definitely not your average luxury brand store in Geneva.

Un grand MERCI à Mala, l'assistante de commerce chez Versace Genève, et les autres 4 hommes (Assistants de commerce) qui m'ont reçu chaleureusement et avec beaucoup de professionnalisme lors de mon passage au boutique la semaine passée Bonne continuation

Mieux vos ne pas croiser le regard de Méduse si on ne veux pas être pétrifier.
Pour moi c'est trop tard sont regard a croisé le mien et elle ma envouté, je suis entré les main libre et ressortie les mais plaine (superbe boutique)
