Bought a pair of shoes and they gave us the wrong size. We noticed once we were back at our hotel and went back to exchange for the correct size. When we told them what they had done they tried to say they gave us the correct size. We explained that it was not and that my wife could not even get the shoe on her foot. Needless to say as I’ve read through others reviews the employees attitude is rude. They gave us our refund and never even apologized. Can’t believe the service when you’re spending top dollar and receive that kind of service. Seriously I wouldn’t bother coming to the Geneva store ever.

In the 80s Gucci become a notable fashion label. In 1998, Guinness World Records cited the Gucci "Genius Jeans" as the most expensive pair of jeans in existence.

Very rude staff. Not welcoming and just horrible ambiance. Not a luxury feeling like in their competitors. The after sale and they’re called “guarantee” is non existent. Just avoid this shop and go to their stores in Italy or LV around the corner.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. Have nothing but good things to say about this store. It has really come a long way in the last few years in terms of ensuring they stock the best pieces. The SA's are all very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Always have a great experience here.

I had a great time doing my shopping here. The service is amazing, the guy was super friendly, nice and was super patient with me. We also chatted for a while this was probably the best service gucci shop I’ve ever been to.

Terrible experience of shopping I bought a ring that was broken and I asked to repair it they took it for nine months and didn’t do anything they didn’t even bother to contact me and left it in the dust they are very lazy and irresponsible after that I found out it wasn’t even registered in their system and they asked me to go to another shop to fix it terrible experience I will never come back!

Unfortunately, other than products, there is nothing about Gucci. Service is terrible (not surprised for Geneva), their staffs are not experienced at all. They sold me a steel ring saying that it is silver. And two of their staffs approved that it’s silver. Then today I have gave it back and the store manager apologized that it is steel. So be careful and approve at least three times the materials when you buy!

And, do not choose Gucci in Geneva. Zürich is much better !!!
