Left rats and over flowing drains in the basement for years in our building. Never reachable. Rude. Arrogant.the worst you could expect from à Regie. The management of our building was finally taken away from them, thank god. Stay away from them.

UNPROFESSIONAL

I was demanded to bring a huge amount of documentation for an apartment that was already assigned (they "forgot" to let me know before requiring all the new papers). A waste of time and money, never again with them.

When you need help, it would be difficult as they do not speak English. Sad to say, they are not helpful and accomodating.

Regie qui a été particulièrement juste et honnête dans la gestion de ma situation. Je n’ai eu aucun problème avec cette régie et je ne peux que la conseiller. Si j’avais pu changer d’appartement et garder la même régie je l’aurai fait. Merci beaucoup !
