Great place to have your nails done. Great ambiance and great customer experience. They managed to squeeze me in as a walk in customer. It’s definitely pricey so be prepared to see a hefty bill at the end.

I booked online and paid half of the price of the treatment. I cancelled it 5 days before because of medical reason, I called, emailed them twice about the deposit(already strange that the people who work there don’t know how to deal with online reservation).. At the end I found out that they don’t do refund, voucher only. I don’t even know when I can go next time to do nails because of my health condition but the owner contacted me and explained to me so I compromised. After one week passed since our phone conversation, I haven’t received any voucher by email. I wrote another email etc. Such a time consuming for one simple cancellation. Is it a good service? You tell me.

Swiss Nail Spa is a 5 star service because of the quality of their work, the beautiful and calming aesthetics of their location and their range of services. It is my one stop shop for all my beautifying and self care needs. From pedicure to massages. Being located in the city, I can dash in quickly for a treatment in between work meetings or make a spa day out of it during the weekend. The staff are top professionals and so kind. I highly recommend this. Thank you SWISS NAIL & SPA !

I was very pleased with the excellent manicure here. I can definitely recommend them - no pressure to take more services, a nice cup of coffee, and a very good job.

Brilliant salon with a friendly and professional team. Easiest place to book online at the last minute and they even welcome walk ins. I get the full spa pedicure and it is amazing. Lovely decor and they are respectful of sanitary regulations, always wearing their masks correctly.

The price is very high!! I paid for manicure and pedicure 315 francs!!! I m not gonna go in that place never ever in my life!!
