Terrible service with terrible customer service after sales.
The employees are not helpful I ordered online for pick and collect and when willing on returning the item due to poor quality and not my demand
I went to the store to return the item asap I recovered from my Covid infection they did not allow me to return it nor exchange it.
No effort was made for their client which I used to be a regular.

Service après-vente exécrable. Directrice de boutique arrogante et absolument pas compatissante. A l’heure d’internet, il ne savent pas retenir leurs clients fidèles. Achetez vos Tod’s sur internet ou chez Bon Génie car il suffit que vous ayez affaire à leur service après-vente et c’est la catastrophe !
