Very different experience between buying and after sales service. When I bought a coat in September they were helpful and charming. When I returned the coat end of October as it had split at the seam (shoddy for a CHF1000.- coat) they were useless. They took the coat and told me come back in 3 days. I came back after 4 days to be sure and was asked "did we call you to say it was ready?". The coat wasn't ready. No apology and unfriendly. Another 2 days later they called to say it was ready. When I went in, again no apology for the tardy job, or the shoddy workmanship, and the manager who had originally served me avoided me by hiding in the stock room.

Terrible service at this location. It was pouring rain outside, and when we tried to enter the employees had locked the door and initially refused to let us in. After complaining that they were just leaving us out in the rain they let us in, but we were told to wait in a corner by the door because they were busy?

Very disappointing after sales service and how store managers approached a customer dissatisfaction in Switzerland Geneva Moncler store. The swim short`s fabric that I bought very short time ago and wore only three times is defected visibly from multiple areas. Although I clearly explained that I wore it very limited time and at a beach - where it needs to be used- in St Tropez, they said that it is user mistake. Their explanation is that its fabric is so delicate so it should treated delicately. So, I`m asking that If swim shot cannot be wore at a beach, then where and how it should be used. Given that it is clearly fabric issue so Moncler`s responsibility, I`m really very dissapointed about how Moncler and Geneva store manager (Sophie Levam) approached the case. While customer satisfaction is getting most important nowadays, Moncler`s and store manager`s treatment was completely wrong and may enable erosion of Moncler`s brand image.

Very bad customer service! I called a three and twice I had they put down the phone on me. I called for the third and final time and it was not answered. Keep you clothes and I will keep my money. Adieu Moncler Geneve.
