Very responsive, they pick up the phones on Sunday, and efficient matching you up with drivers. However, they cannot guarantee age appropriate car seat, which is not ideal for parents.

Good and efficient service arrived well in time, and we had a smooth and fast ride to the airport despite rush hour and traffic jams, as the driver took some backroads.

This is a hit and miss experience. Some very pleasant drivers and some outright rude ones.

Used this company upon returning from a flight with my 1 year old baby and wife. I had my car not very far so and I asked for a cab to take me to it since walking would take me too long. Baby was tired, hungry and needing a diaper change. When I entered the cab, and the drive understood it was only 5 minutes driving distance he became very aggressive and insulting. Threatening I should walk instead and not use a taxi for short distances (even after I explained my reasons). Upon arrival, he added luggage cost when I didn't had one. I opened a complain with Taxi-Phone and called them back several times. They were understanding but never did anything about it. Terrible customer service and I don not recommend them at all.

UPDATE 15-Sept-2020: the reply from Taxi-Phone is that not all taxis on the airport are affiliated with them, while in fact I submitted the complain and got a reply that "At our next internal ethics commission, we will audition the driver responsible for this incident and we will not fail to inform you of the follow-up that we will give to this case."
After more than one year, and several follow up calls, Taxi-Phone failed to provide me feedback and resolving the issue. Again, this not about the money but about the situation I was left in and I would definitely like that someone else doesn't have to go through it. In summary, Taxi-Phone failed on the service delivery, failed on the customer service for lack of support, they simply don't care!

Absolutely horrible ! The car never arrives, nearly missed Our flight and nobody called US to give an another solution. This proves taxi companies Will Die out and give way to Uber!

I have ordered a taxi with a child seat, three days before the day, they confirmed they provide the service. On the day of the trip I called them again to double check, they confirmed again that they send the car with a child seat. Then at the time when the taxi was supposed to arrive, the dispatcher called me that they do not have a car with child seat available.
Very bad experience, dissappointing!!!

The taxi man was polite and helpful and patient as we are elderly, he even open doors for us
