Came in for a nose piercing and a second ear piercing. George was perfect ???? cool, patient, kind, and professional. It was a super straightforward process where I didn't feel pressured for time and it came out exactly as I hoped. I would really recommend this place to anyone, especially those new to piercings.

I am visiting Geneva for 2 days and needed a piercing removed. The receptionist was lovely and very accommodating. The studio was clean and the man who helped me was very professional. I would highly recommend!

I've had my nose pierced 3 different times now and this was the least painful one. Also, we're a week into the healing process and it feels like it's going to be the quickest healing one as well. Quick, yet gave clear instructions. Safe, clean and wonderfully done! (Speaks English)

The place was clean, but the staff is not welcoming or friendly. I have made an appointment over the phone for a ear piercing and came on time. I was not given any choice of earnings, just was asked where I wanted it. The piercing was done and before I knew it I was out again. Before I even managed to get my bank card out of my bag the receptionist was telling me to pay and she could not wait for me to leave as 2 more people were waiting outside to go in. I wanted to buy an earring, but the receptionist was telling me to leave and started to serve another people. I had to wait outside the shop twice before she decided to serve me and sell me the earring I wanted. It was supposed to be a nice experience, which I have planned and looked forward to, but the inhospitable behaviour of the receptionist completely ruined it. I would not return.

Following advices from a friend, I've chosen this place to be pierced. Jewels are in pure titanium.
- 1 on my left eyebrow/arcade for 70 CHF + 10 CHF in addition to have black titanium
- 1 on my right ear, an industrial/industriel, which is in fact 2 holes. They make the 2 holes together excepted if you feel too much pain or something else. In that case, you'll turn back later for your 2nd hole. These are advantages and disavantages for these two possibilities. At Tribe Hole, they prefer doing it in one time (i.e. 2 holes at the same time) and I prefered it also. I have paid 80 CHF and black titanium have not been counted; a nice action !

At each time I was in their room where you can lie down (but you can stay sit or stand; it depends if it is a check up, if you don't need it, ...) and the person respected an hygienic protocol. They answer to all of your questions, they explain what they are going to do and they well explain the protocol you'll have to follow after for your piercing. You normally only need to strictly follow the 'instructions', to be hygienic and to buy saline/physiological serum. If you have any problem, you can go at their shop and ask for help and/or advices.

Both times the piercing professional was Georges and I thank him for his good job !

An other important point : you must show your passport or identity card to show you are major (18 years old) and if you are minor you must have a permission from your parent(s). Then you write and tick things on a paper they keep; to say you are not drunk, you have eaten in the morning, if you are allergic to a material (as an exemple, some people only tolerate gold), ...etc.

And a good point for their genuine and beautiful shop !
