Excellent and knowledgeable salesperson. I was going to buy Asics online - but there are so SO many models. Gabin looked at my shoes to see how they were worn down in different places and advised me on the right support for my foot. This is a wonderful store with salespeople who really know what is right for you. The right advice will your knees and feet in good shape!

Waited for 15 minutes while the one employee on the floor had a long conversation with a friend of his. Despite a polite bonjour on entry and au revoir as I left, that was the extent of the service offered despite other employees waiting in the back room. I had brought my old running shoes and was ready to make a purchase. I know I came on a Friday lunchtime, but just close the store if you don't want to sell anything.....

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff - they even let you try out various running shoes before you buy! Recommended.

It is was an amazing experience. The staff is very knowledgeable. I brought my old running shoes to help them analyse the way I run. With those information on hand they were able to select several shoes to fit my profile. They let me run with each of them before I made my choice. The whole process took around 45 minutes. I would advise to get an appointment before hand.

Huge thanks to Vincent Marmousez for his professionalism, excellent analysis and advice. I cannot recommend running planet enough but make sure to speak to Vincent. Got two pairs of super comfortable shoes! Thank you Vincent!

Had great service in buying 2 pair.
Sports Doctor said my knees and foot hurt from wrong size and drop!!
Tried to talk to the manager no return call.
Went in he had no time!
Bought 2 expensive shoes they knew Asics expand more so the manager should have told me that, so I could take that in my decision.
Hoka tongue too Short and too hot, they know this but do not TELL!?
I PAY for their correct advice.!!

WILL NOT GO BACK AS I PAID 2 X SO Expect great service after sales as i get beforehand!!?
