I was skeptical at first after reading the 1 star reviews.. but I was taken in right away without waiting and treated immediately. I had severe pain in one of my teeth and they did all the needed X-ray examination before the procedure turned out I needed a root canal treatment and they did it in two days they even did an X-ray afterwords just to make sure it was fully done. Very happy now as the pain that prevented me from working is now fully gone. I saw people complain about the price, but come on… we are in Geneva! Here everything is pricy and you have to expect that it will cost more than anywhere else in Europe. I also checked with my friends who went to another doctor and they ended up paying more than I did here… so all in all! I’m fully satisfied!

Bad quality dentists, réception is not polite and is badly organised...I have been client for years, thanks to a good dentist who has left them several years ago, after this have tried some other dentists...disaster. I am very disapointed, mostly from the bad quality of doctor services. On top they have given me an invoice which included service which has never been provided. Cancelled my appointement without prenotice, once I was there for appointement at 19 and because it became 20:00 before the doctor managed to do the job, she has sent me go home unfinished. I can write for hour what was not OK. There was nothing which was OK.
P.S. There is no misunderstandings. Your dentist has been unprofessional and didn't treat my dental probem in the best dental practice way. And on top she has cancelled my appointement without any prenotice. Without even apologising about that when i arrived at the office and she told me she had cancelled it unilaterally.
Lack of respect towards the patients, and already à second totally unexpetienced dentist in the clinique who is learning the dental basics on the poor patients/victims. I would recommend to the clinic to do a better sélection of your dentists and réception staff. In the meanwhile I'll recomend to anyone who wants à quality dental service, to avoid this place. Ah, did I mention ? A tooth which was not done well by one of your dentist, soon after had to be ré-done by your other dentist and I still have no solution to my problèm. Paid twice, didn't get any solution. Now will have to finally find a 3rd dentist to solve my problem (we are talking about a caries, nothing complicated). I have filet cimplaint in the clinique, up to them to investigate and take their actions.

We had a great experience! Highly recommended.... My 3 year old daughter suffered from a serious pain in her tooth so I arrived in an emergency case... from the call to the cabinet that was answered by a warm, professional secretary followed by the receptionist who welcomed us with a smile, and doctor Karen Sitbon and her assistant that were wonderful, way beyond what I expected!!!! Children friendly, professional, warm and sweet... best service I've ever seen! Good job for you.

I worked with Dr Zahra Kordi and her assistant Vanessa for aligning my teeth. I felt very comfortable and was at ease working with her as she listen to me and consulted me all the way through our process. I highly recommend her.

I always get nervous when I have to go to the dentist. Here they make you feel really comfortable, everyone is really nice and professional. The dentist even spoke to me in Spanish.

Great clinic highly recommend! Had the best treatment with Dr Zahra the orthodontist. Did invisalign treatment super happy with the results and the service and continued support!

The worst service I ever received. They scheduled a dentist instead of a hygenist, which is what I requested for simple dental cleaning. The dentist could not treat me and then they rudely and unapologetically told me that it was my problem. I would NOT recommend both the doctor and assistant Violeta who made such a fundamental mistake.

Absolute worst dental experience ever. My husband scheduled an “emergency visit”. He was (is) in extreme pain. This “emergency visit” cost 70CHF for a tap on the tooth and a prescription for ibuprofen. Didn’t help. At all. Useless.
