I could not be more thankful to have worked with Mr T. Bailly and Mr D. Santangelo. Both of them have guided us through what is possibly one of the most stressful experiences in life from day one. They answered all of our questions on the mortgage process with fast and detailed explanations. They were always available whenever we needed further clarification on the mortgage process. Proactive, responsible, serious, Badr kept me posted every step of the way and managed to get me a great rate far better than what my bank offered me. And on top of that, all I needed to do was spend 30 min at the bank signing a few documents. I strongly recommend Bard, who is also a really nice guy to speak to on ap personal level.
