Excellent unhurried knowledgeable service and advice provided in a polite and friendly manner. The staff communicate well with each other such that details of client are on hand for subsequent visits. Generic, non brand, lower cost options are also presented. Recommendable.

Wide choice of frames, welcoming atmosphere and professional staff. We had a great experience. Bought 2 pairs of glasses at really reasonable price. They also have frames for kids with a magnetic solar clip, which is perfect for the sunny days. Huge thanks for Mr. Khalid and all the team!

Staff was client-oriented, professionnel and knowledgeable. As a client, I felt treated with respect and dignity, and their positive regards were genuine. They gave me a thorough vision test, (free of charge) which lasted for almost an hour. And they didn’t pressurise me at all to make any unnecessary rush decision at any stage. I went back several times in order to make my best decisions. I eventually got two pairs of glasses from them with great satisfaction.

excellent customer service! I regret I didn't go to this shop in the past. The shop staffs are really kind with high quality for customer service. The variety of the top brands and high quality of glasses! highly recommend!

Truly an excellent customer service experience at Optical Center Genève! An attentive and helpful team. Great selection of eye glasses. Very reasonable prices. Made the experience of getting my prescription updated so pleasant!
