As my first time visiting a podiatry clinic, it was a fantastic experience. Ms. Helena Chanson is very professional and caring, and the clinic is well-equipped to conduct very detailed examinations. I had pains in my knee for a couple of months caused by sport, and it was amazing that Helena cured it in two weeks with a pair of magical customized insoles. During my visits, I also obtained many interesting insights into my own foot and movement. One additional good point to mention is that Helena also speaks English very well, so there is no communication issue for me as a non-French speaker.

Thank you Helena and wish you all the best. Would also recommend the place to everyone in Geneva who wants to take more care of their foot and knees.

Helena cured me of pain I have had for 20 years! Highly professional and competent, understanding. Listens, diagnoses and then treats effectively. I am a medical doctor myself, and many doctors have failed to help me in the past. They have even suggested surgery, when fairly simple but expert treatment from Helena has solved the problem and avoided the need for surgery. Also important to commend them for not trying to sell you expensive devices but rather focus on making you better. Sometimes simple treatments are better than expensive novelties. I would give ten stars if I could. I am now back hiking again in the mountains every weekend. Life changing! She also speaks excellent English.

I have had a truly excellent experience seeing Mme Helena Chanson to get fitted for insoles which I needed for my numerous foot issues (I have plantar fasciitis, bone spurs, and had prior surgery for bunions). She is a real professional and does everything to ensure you are 100% satisfied, and is a lovely caring person in addition! I had almost completely stopped walking because of pain. Now with my insoles, which she precision adjusted to a selection of shoes until they were just right, I am walking which has given me my life back. People should be aware that you need a prescription from your doctor if you want to submit to your insurance.

Outstanding knowledge and experience due to which my problems were finally solved after four unsuccessful surgical treatments and several other specialist advices. Ms Helen is very knowledgable for diabetic issues, as well as feet care during and after pregnancy. Also, will provide valuable advice on shoe selection as wrong shoes happens to be reason for some significant problems. Ms Helen has skillful hands and technics applied were the best for my painful toes. On top of that, she is also very focused on visual result of the treatment and did the best to save my feet/toes and make them beautiful again. Thank you!

Clément has been looking after my ingrowing toenails for quite a while. We have found that the titanium wires have made a huge difference to my comfort, with almost immediate effect. I highly recommend the wires, Clément and the Podologie de Vermont.

Messy, unprepared and not recognized by the Swiss insurers.
I am not sure what this doctor is specialized in, but I can hardly believe its the feet. He lost me at measuring my feet by drawing them on the paper, which gave an abstract result. Anyway, he might be enough for some basic issues, but if you want a serious and professional diagnosis, try a place where they make use of X-Ray and know what surgery is.
3 stars because he really wanted to help and has online reservation... Although that's a lot given completely useless advice, which costed 100chf that even complimentary insurance won't cover.
NOTE: the other 5/5 review comes from the owner..

Very professional, I had blood trapped under my large toe nail “runner’s toe” and she dealt with it amazingly. Pain subsided instantaneously. I highly recommend her.
