Avoid at all costs. I went two days in December as I unwell and had a couple of consultations. I’ve received several bills since for basic tests and the latest is was sent mid-June for a test in December! I’ve already paid for the appointments and tests so I have no idea why they are sending additional bills for something which took all of 15 mins 6 months later. Very expensive two appointments! Also they are making me pay again for a blood test when it is their fault for not having the original blood test result back on time so I had to do another one. Avoid at all costs

The whole team was very helpful, they took time to understand issues and wanted to be thorough. The nurse and ultrasound technician were particularly lovely and kind. I was in and out of urgent care in less than 2 hours.

Even though I got appointment for exact time, I was waiting 2,5 hours before I met doctor;
This place is definitely not designed to help people!

Dr. Lea Makoundou very good doctor. Im finally happy with a doctor. She is intelligent and attentive to babies.

Dr. Baxarias is excellent. Very caring , explains everything, and tries different non-invasive options to solve problems.

This is a default clinic for any emergency. Best to call for appointment or pay extra for urgent and immediate care.

Back in 2016, I was extremely ill, had lost a lot of weight, my eyesight was very poor, I was completely out of breath just walking a few meters . I went to see the main doctor at this clinic. He was extremely thorough, he was teaching a young doctor alongside dealing with me. I saw an excellent teacher and doctor that day. He made sure I had the best care and I will never forget. I have also been going these last 2 years and Dr. Nyukus always goes the extra mile to ensure that the treatment he gives me goes well with the diagnosis he gave me 5 years ago. I would definitely recommend him he takes very good care of my family and I.

I do not know why people are writing so many harsh reviews. I went at 1am because I had very bad pain from a wisdom tooth extraction, and what my dental surgeon prescribed me was nowhere near strong enough, and saw a doctor within 20 minutes who completely solved my problem. The staff were very nice and thoroughly checked my previous prescription before making various suggestions for a new one, checking how I would get home etc... All in all they have very good bedside manner and even corrected a mistake made by my dental surgeon as regards my prescription. I highly recommend them if you have an out of hours medical problem, although I don't know how much the bill will be so I can't tell if they are expensive as some people say or not.
