Awful service, they don't respect people. 20 people were waiting in the queue and 3 pharmacists were talking with 3 clients for 40 minutes each and we're not going to stop! So I went away and wasn't able to buy medicines, because if I stayed I had to wait for 4 or 5 hours more (20 people before me in the queue). If You like to talk so much, please open other caisses! People don't have to spend hours in the pharmacy.

Outstanding service, above and beyond from Nathaniël - he really has a passion for helping! Sorted out a problem with my prescription even though the issue was not his.
Customer service - 10/10
Worth travelling to this clean and friendly pharmacy.

Very unfriendly. I was waiting in line with a ticket “with ordinance” while 4 people arriving 10 min after me took a ticket “without ordinance” and got served immediately. Please fix your systems! People arriving after should be served after, and not before other people waiting. I am sure there is a software solution for a pharmacy which is opened 24 hours.

Clean, organised and very helpful staff who went out of their way to verify that the medicine I ordered is covered by the insurance.
