I just bought two e-bikes from this shop ;) the hospitality by Ben (one of the guys from the shop ) it was amazing full of information easy no pressure sale with a lot of advice and benefits . Just can say big thank you Brother ! I highly recommend this place is definitely one of the best bike shop in Switzerland... see you soon and all the best @ NewBikeStore

I am a client of the New Bike Store for two years and I am extremely happy with their advice and service. Every time I had an issue with my bike it was solved quickly and with a smile. This is my third bike shop I buy materials from and, by far, the friendliest.

Très agréable, service ok mais je suis venue pour changer une chambre à air (prix annoncée 29 pour le matos et la main d'oeuvre, fair) mais finalement ils m'ont changé le pneu sans me prévenir (un petit call aurait été sympa) et ça a doublé le prix de ma facture.. ça serait honnête de passer un petit coup de fil pour prévenir/demander la permission !

Insatisfaisant! Suite à un accident, j'ai déposé mon vélo électrique pour le faire réparer par New Bike Store. Suite à la validation du devis, il m'aura fallu attendre pas moins de 2 mois pour le récupérer (et ce après de nombreuses relances). Ils m'avaient pourtant annoncer un délai de 10-14 jours pour la réception d'une pièce. Le jour où je devais récupérer mon vélo (après 2 mois d'attente), je constate que certains dommages n'ont pas été réparés. Cette façon de procéder n'est pas du tout professionnelle. A éviter!
