Best shopping experience ever! Panerai Boutique Genève surpasses everything. Great service, excellent staff and a warm - welcoming stay from start to finish. My highest regards - and my new go-to store in Genève! Highly recommended! I’m used to Rolex, so this was my first (of many Panerai).

Amazing experience at this location of Panerai, in Geneva. The staff was welcoming and professional. Tiffany, in particular, really blew us away. And when we went to purchase the watch she put on hold for us the next day, her day off, she was sure to have Sylvain take care of the transaction and informed him of everything we discussed. He was great too.

The team was sure to walk us through the process of how to get the VAT tax back (we were Americans, visiting Switzerland) upon exiting the country, which was very helpful.

The staff - from the person who offered us a beverage when we got there, to the security guard, and everyone else - was phenomenal.

The store is GORGEOUS and not to miss. I was gushing over the tiles, the finishings...and the bar upstairs! Be sure to look in the periscope upstairs.

Absolutely stellar experience. Can't recommend a trip to Panerai Geneva enough!

You guys make some of the most beautiful accoutrements that have ever blessed a wrist, other than those livestrong bracelets that were in vogue before Lance Armstrong, well, "Lance Armstronged" himself. Also, you should give Letizia a raise and possibly a medal for culinary pursuits beyond the line of duty o7

Das neue Konzept ist sensationell! Schön, dass nicht nur die Uhren im Mittelpunkt stehen sondern das Erlebnis. Sehr gelungen.

Boutique entièrement rénovée et superbe, ambiance submersible, avec nombreuses montres exposées hors vitrine, c'est très sympa pour les voir de près. Accueil et service impeccables, avec petit expresso italien ou spritz au bar. N'hésitez pas à y faire un tour ????
