I would like to share my impressions of visiting the Breguet boutique in Geneva at 40 Rue du Rhone. I was there last month. This was my next visit as I have been coming to Geneva for 10 years. I like this city, and visits to watch shops are an integral part of it. Among many interesting companies, the Breguet manufacture is the most fascinating for me. Richard Mille, Girard-Perregaux, Bovet, Ulisse Nardin or the legendary Patek do amazing things, but my favorite brand is ... Breguet. You make amazing watches. For me (and probably not only) these are works of engineering art. In previous years, I even sat behind a lathe and was able to try to make a guilloche of the dial myself. I was always received very kindly. The service showed me everything (what was possible) and explained it. Now I was talking (my hands hurt a bit, because my English is so-so) with a very nice lady who allowed me to take a look at a very interesting model: the Classique Tourbillon Extra-Plat Squelette. It was my dream. Holding such a miracle in your hand is pure pleasure. In one little detail, a whole lot of knowledge, science, math, technology and Breget's artistic DNA. At the end I got a gift, issue of "le quale de L'horloge" no. 8 concerning a large part of this extraordinary model. In this way, I would like to thank this nice lady for such a successful visit. In a year, I'll probably be back in Geneva again and take a picture with some next miracle on my wrist.

This is the most embarrassing! I get cramps thinking of my Breguet watch. During lockdown 2 (shops where slightly open) they had a woman picking up the phone with “Hello”. I called the number many times and gave up very very frustrated. Picking up the phone she did not even mention her name or the brand. Just a hours or hello. Seriously? She promised me to forward custom service in Germany - I had still had warranty on the previous repair. And she just never got back. Also not because of the stran. After the first repair my watch returned without my strap. Her and this brand literally don’t care what the customer says or wants. They just care of charging you over and over again. Really frustrating and not professional! I have a 30k watch since 2016 it’s broken since day one! because they can’t manage to stabilize the wing. But I have to pay over an over again. Do not buy Breguet it’s a headache!
