Worst experience ever! I have I rented a flat there for more than 2 years and whenever i required some repairs they just do not reply to emails or phone calls. it took weeks to change the kitchen oven that was broke and left it half finished for month. Once yo check out they will not answer to your email and are just holding on the deposit for months.

Terrible experience of non assistance and very costly results for the owner of the flat even though they had the management of the rental for the owner.

I would advise to stay away from them! I have rented a furnished flat for 2 months and on exit they claimed damages that I have not caused. Even though we had an entry- and exit protocol, they still invoiced items incorrectly. Furthermore, they tried to coerce us into leaving the apartment on a Thursday (lease was until Saturday), otherwise we would have to pay extra charges. This was not stated in the contract, but it was just more convenient for them organising the cleaning on a weekday.

In addition, there was a massive problem with ants in the bedroom and it took them more than one week to send someone. The installations such as the washing machine was not up to Swiss standards, which caused additional hassle. We had to wait for 1 week before we could use the washing machine, iron, because of missing adapters. The explanation from the rental agent on why there were no adapters was, that "foreign guests" always steal them.....Welcome to Geneva!

We waited for 1h for the rental agent to show up on the entry day. No explanations were given. Very stressul if you arrive after a long flight.

In Feb 2017, I rented a furnished 1 bedroom apartment from them in Jonction at Pecherie 15.
+ the apartment was clean and nicely decorated (at least for Geneva standards).
- the building still has single pane windows and combined with old and shoddy frames and a cold winter meant that the apartment was very cold and drafty during the nighttime.
- during the exit inspection they tried to flag as faulty some of the pots and pans although they weren't used during the stay and they weren't checked during the entry inspection. Felt they were trying to free-ride on this stay to get some new stuff.
- the regie released the bank guarantee about 4 months after the exit, after several calls and email follow-ups. Although according to them the law says they have 12 months, I find this delay to be too long given that this was a significant amount of money.
- after numerous emails, 5 months they still haven't explained when will they return the 600 CHF cleaning deposit.

I wouldn't recommend working with them as a private individual. If your company pays the deposits, deals with them and does all the follow-ups then maybe, but carefully check what you are renting, it can look nice but then have some major issues.

I would strongly recommend against using easyflat. The personnel were slow to respond to significant malfunctions in the apartment I rented, made little effort to ensure customer satisfaction and even refused to refund the unused portion of money that they insisted I put on the laundry card for use of the laundry in the building!

I've been working/traveling all aroud the world (not in 5 star hotel, I also back pack). Especially in low income countries.I neve had such a horrible experience. The quality of the servic0.and the unprofessionality of this company deserves a 0.

I don't advice who is going to rent from easy flat, usually at the end of the contract they change their behavior with the consumer, more than that, they'll will try their best to keep the deposits
