I stayed here for a two week period. The rooms are small and facilities are limited. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The included breakfast is excellent. Good location, close to the Botanical Gardens and the UN. Nice views over the park and lake (although the trees do block most of it.)

Very friendly staff. Everything tidy/spotless. Great location close to the lake. Just the room was a bit small. Nevertheless, great place to be.

Wish it had AC and that house cleaning didn’t turn off AC everyday! Also need to update key system and first floor , first room is very old and needs a lot of fixing !

The service level was beyond expectation. The staff was extremely helpful with everything. The rooms are average in size, but clean and functional. The connection of 2 rooms was very nice as it turned into a mini apartment. The breakfast was good. The location in the city is excellent.

Wonderful hotel. Staff are super. Rooms are clean with updated bathrooms. Included breakfast has nice choice of rolls, eggs, cheese & meat. Bit of a walk to downtown but right by the lake so the walk is extremely nice.

This is my third day in this hotel and I can reasonably express my idea about my stay. The hotel is quiet, very clean (I don't use shoes in my room and my feet remain clean, this means something right?), everything has its own place and the staff is amazing. Super nice, ready to help. I didn't try the gym as I didn't have the chance but, I had the change to eat the restaurant's food everyday and I like it. It is tasty and has a good offer of different kinds of food.
I am happy I chose this hotel for my stay in Geneve. PS: it's just a small walk from the lake, another good point

Reserved a room with 3 SEPARATE beds in the description, got clear confirmation and welcoming answer. Arrived and got a double bed and a couchette instead of the 3 beds. Receptionist confirmed their mistake but offered an option with additional payments from the guest side even though there were free rooms that satisfy the booking we made. Ridiculous client service and misleading descriptions!
