Paloma is a great all-round physical trainer. She is full of energy, kind, motivating and fun! I look forward to the classes every week as there is always a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I strongly recommend trying one of Paloma's classes.

Paloma is a super fitness instructor! I took Pilates, Body Shape, and gym au poussettes with her, and I can honestly say I enjoy every class. She is very caring and takes care of her students' needs, and offers modifications to students with pain in their bodies. Paloma always brings positive energy, patience and professionalism to her every class, you will feel good exercising with her : ) I would highly recommend taking a gym class with Paloma.

Paloma is an excellent instructor for stroller gym in the park. Always attentive and encouraging I can highly recommend her as a trainer for new mums. A fantastic work out for postpartum recovery!

I tried many pilates classes and Paloma is my favourite teacher! The course fits all needs, she guides you in a way that you can work hard core or very softly according to your needs (and health conditions). She is kind and fun, the gym is cosy and well organized, the ambiance friendly and relax. Highly recommended!

Excellent pilates, mom and baby classes. Easy to reach there from the main station Cornavin. Paloma the trainer has a very good approach in working out the body. Highly recommended.

Paloma est une coach très qualifiée. Dans son cours j'ai vraiment appris à bien respirer ce qui est très utile pour mes randonnées. J'ai plus d'énergie et je me sens mieux. En plus Paloma s'adapte à la sensibilité de chacun/e. Merci

Je trouve les cours de Pilates excellents, variés et progressifs. Paloma sait adapter les exercices à chacun-e pour que tout le monde puisse progresser à son rythme. Et toujours dans une bonne ambiance !

recommandé! Paloma donne des cours dynamiques, s'adapte aux besoins de chacun-e et donne des conseils personnalisés. Toujours parfaitement présente pour son groupe, le sourire et beaucoup de gentillesse. Je prends des cours avec elle depuis plus de 2 ans, c'est chaque semaine différent et ça donne toujours envie de retourner. On apprend beaucoup de choses sur son corps qui se muscle doucement, sans souffrance ni blessure!
Et le nouvel espace My Brillante Place est très beau et agréable!
