Everything was five star quality the most important aspect was the personal attention, and the great care and service mindset of the technicians and nursing staff. They took notice that because of my health conditions I would likely need extra assistance after the exam and provided it immediately in a dignified non-judgements manner. I wish all of Swiss healthcare was like my experience today! Bravo!

Totally disappointed !
I had a IRM scan on my knee followed by a PRP treatment as recommended by my doctor. I had the most terrifying blood drawing experience plus a misleading information from the doctor. I called the clinic to contact the doctor to clarify the information he gave me but was stopped by the receptionist to reach the doctor. I wrote a letter to the clinic about my experience and un-satisfaction without any reply, only received the bill.

Système de prise de rdv à améliorer ainsi que l’organisation du secrétariat.
C’est la deuxième fois que je viens et je rencontre plus ou moins le même problème. Ma programmation à 9 h du matin à jeun pour un scanner a été mal-noté. On me dit « dans l’ordinateur je vous vois l’après-midi »
Ils me prennent finalement mais sans m’annoncer à l’avance qu’il y aura + 45 minutes d’attente.

Ponctualité, accueil, mise à l aise lors de l examen, tout à été parfait. La remise du rapport IRM très rapide. Je recommence à 100%
